Companion Card
Caloundra Music Festival is proudly affiliated with the Companion Card program and has a limited number of Companion tickets available for holders of a Companion Card who require assistance of a companion or carer, to attend the Caloundra Music Festival.
- Complimentary Companion tickets are offered on ADULT, CONCESSION and YOUTH tickets.
- Each Companion Card holder will be issued with one (1) complimentary pass for each day of entry that matches the purchased ticket, i.e. if the Companion Card holder purchases a WEEKEND TICKET, they will be provided with one (1) access pass for one (1) carer for each day of the event.
HOW TO PURCHASE AND SECURE A COMPANION TICKET

Pre-Event Purchase
To retrieve a companion card ticket, simply purchase your ticket and contact info@oztix.com.au with your order number and companion card details.
From there, the team at Oztix will verify your details and a matching complimentary ticket will be issued.
To redeem your Companions ticket at the event the Companion Card Holder and the Carer will be required to visit the Box Office daily, prior to entering the Festival. The Companion Card holder must present their Companion Card and Photo ID and the Carer must present Photo ID to receive an 18+ wristband. The Companion Card Holder will be wristbanded as per ticket type. The Carer will receive a daily wristband for that day. Only one Companion Ticket and wristband will be issued to the Companion Card Holder per day. PLEASE NOTE: wristbands are not transferable.
At Gates Purchase
The purchase of tickets at the event will be subject to availability. To purchase tickets at the event, please ensure that you advise the Box Office attendant that you require a Companion Ticket prior to purchasing your tickets. The Companion Card holder must present their Companion Card and Photo ID and the Companion or Carer will be required to present Photo ID to Box Office Staff at the time of purchase. If a WEEKEND Ticket is purchased, then the Companion will be provided with individual tickets for the remaining days of the event and the Companion on that day will only receive a wristband applicable to the specific day. Remaining tickets will then be redeemed for a non-exchangeable wristband each day and will be limited to one per Companion Card holder per day.
Any suspected misuse of the Companion Card will be reported to the Companion Card program.
