Ticketing Tips

• Before purchasing tickets, you must agree to all the Terms and Conditions found here.
• There is no registration required to purchase tickets
• All tickets must be named (you will be required to show photo ID on entry that matches the name on the ticket).
• Be environmentally conscious! You do not have to print your tickets, you can redeem them on your smart phone.
• Youth (13 – 17years) must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian to enter the festival. Youth tickets must be purchased with an Adult or Pension ticket. There is a limit of 4x Youth tickets per Adult ticket purchased. 
• Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian at all times. Child tickets must be purchased with an Adult or Pension ticket. 
• Infants under 1 year old do not require a ticket.
• Age is taken as at day of festival attendance. 
• If you are turning 18 during the festival and want to purchase a Weekend ticket, you need to purchase an Adult ticket. You will be issued a Youth wristband on the first day you attend. On your birthday, please visit the Box Office on arrival to show your ID and you will be issued an Adult wristband.
• Pension Card Holder tickets are not available to listed dependents – each ticket holder must have their own Pension Concession Card or Veteran Affairs Gold Card.

Festival goers can pre-book tickets with confidence.  If further restrictions are mandated that mean the festival cannot go ahead due to Queensland Health directives (e.g. lockdowns), the event will not be postponed to a new date in 2021. Tickets will automatically be transferred to the 2022 event. Patrons will then have the choice to request a refund. Visit the Terms and Conditions page for full information.
